Peds staff is rude and they don't even have you see the real doctor.
I would like to thank Mike in icu and the staff for their care and compassion did are giving my mom and time to other patients I really appreciate Mike for explaining everything to me and my family about the questions we ask and him being very sincere and knowledgeable thank you very much and everyone in icu
The emergency service was very nice however one of the nurse Kellina was very rude. After waiting for 4 hours for my discharge papers, when i asked. She rudely replied, they are not ready and I'm in the middle of a conversation. I don't think that is a way to speak to a patient.
My dad has been there for almost two weeks, and is brought in from time to time for various issues. The nursing staff is AMAZING!!! It's a small hospital for a pretty broad area, so it can be quite slow getting from the ER to admittance, but overall it's a great place!

Mi hija esta en PICU hace tres días la verdad como agradecer tanta amabilidad no me dan las palabras nunca avía estado internada en ningún hospital en palm west excelente experiencia enfermeras / os . Doctores de turno y los pediatras estudiantes wua gente de servicio impresionante gracias seguimos acá unos días más por más resultados es todo por mejor atención que estar en la casa y no tengamos que bolver y que ella siga sintiéndose mejor gracias a Palm west !!!!

This place should be embarrassed. Was sent by Nicholas urgent care for pediatric orthopedic evaluation. The nurse told me they won't call Ortho in unless bone was sticking out of skin. Filing a complaint with state for reasonable standard of care
Excellent hospital, excellent staff! Recommend it for delivery.
