My son had a fishing hook stuck in his finger. We were in and out in an hour. Unbelievably fast! Great care! Thanks to a great nurse practiontioner and staff! When boys will be boys, bring them to Palm's West!
Had a sever respitory infection. They took me in right away and treated me very well. The place was clean, the staff was very nice and for being sick as a dog it was a nice experience... thanks to the staff at Palm West ER..!

The male nurse who took care of us and the Dr. Practitioner,along with the triage nurse were all polite and helpful. The nurse especially knew a lot about the condition he was dealing with, procedures, and was overall excellent!
I was very satisfied and easy to find my way to get where I had to go.
