I was just released from Palms West hospital today. They took excellent care of me, from the ER all the way to my room. I would especially like the thank my nurse Nicola she took very good care of me she has an excellent bedside manner also a thank you to food services who were also very nice and sufficient.
My friend went to the emergency room there feeling like she was having a heart attack. They put her in a room did not check on her for over an hour. She's left and her mother took her over to Wellington hospital. Very disappointed, angry and at a loss for words. What is wrong with people and this hospital!!!

My son had a fishing hook stuck in his finger. We were in and out in an hour. Unbelievably fast! Great care! Thanks to a great nurse practiontioner and staff! When boys will be boys, bring them to Palm's West!
