My experience at this hospital's Ambulatory surgery unit yesterday was TERRIFIC! Everyone could not have been nicer - all was efficient and ran like a Swiss clock! Thank you Palm's West. <3

My daughter received quick care by very caring staff.
Far one the worst experience I had .my sister had surgery and I waited more than 9 hours in the surgery department lobby for them to give her a room very disorganized if they know a patient is staying overnight they should have a room ready for those patients .. smh
