So I just wanted to go ahead and tell you what a terrible hospital you people are running because I keep getting letters in the mail asking how you guys did. I see on others post you like the feed back of how mind bogglingly bad your hospital is run and your staff is down right disgusting. So here we go. Doctors Nurses and Staff get a 9 because there's always room for improvement. Two major issues l have with the facility itself. Parking is a nightmare. Sure it was once a sleepy town hospital. But now with growth and opportunity. Patients, clients and staff require easy parking options to quickly get to appointments... A tri-level parking facility is highly recommended.... Second.... The cafeteria and Food Services require a serious upgrade. For a modern facility the cafeteria is a complete disgrace. Empty vending machines. ... read more
How can the dietary say they are short handed and deliver breakfast at 9:30.. come on man.. inexcusably, it’s not like people can run and get breakfast. . Also the quality of staff at night , short handed and the “B” team in quality. also had to wait 5 extra hours in recovery because there were no clean rooms.. elevators acting up for 3 days. I have been to Palms West about 3 times with my son and my daughter was born there. Their emergency is amazing!!! Thank you Bill!!!! Bill always remembers us., even though I have not been there in about 4 years with my son, I walk in I see Bill and he knows us!!!! Thank you Dr. Ahmed for taking care of my son today and to all the staff there who just do an amazing job!!!!!
