I went Tuesday with my heart beating to fast.They did a ekg and the doctor didn't like the first one. So they did another one and he called the heart specialist. They did emergency catheterization on me .they put four stents in . feels much better. Thank you palm west hospital.

Staff was great but the doctors upstairs were a trip! I sat all day waiting for my doctor to come and do my colonoscopy all day with no food! At the end of the day the nurse came in the room to tell me that the doctor wasn't going to be in because he had an emergency at JFK hospital...smh! I sat there with no food all day!

I've never had a bad experience yet. I've been admitted twice
I was in the ER for vomiting blood two days in a row. They kept me in a bed in the hallway for an hour before registration even came by. The male nurse told me i had cared him away because i was crying since i was scared and he said he didn't want to come back to me. They gave me IV fluids and then discharged me. I was sitting on my bed trying to get an Uber home and the same male nurse told me I had to leave. I explained how i felt like i was getting kicked out. The staff has always been fast and very pleasant at Palms West. I've never had a complaint about them. Keely had never been in a hospital for her own reasons since she was born, and she was born at Palms West 11 years ago. The receptionist typed in something on the computer and all her information was still there after 11 years. Wow! She's much better today thanks to the medical treatment and advice.
Well I've got to say that it's so sad that I had to get a second opinion from another hospital because they sent my husband home knowing that he sill had sever abdominal pain and they didn't want to give him no proscription for the pain they just sent him home and told him that he had to se a specialist for the inflammation of his stomach he came in vomiting and crying of pain and they sent him home feeling the same.
