Took my kid here last night after having a hard time just to park at Wellington regional! As parents we take our kids to the ER because they need to be seen ASAP not be hassled with valet parking! Got to Palms West didn't even sit in the lobby for 5 minutes before we were taken to a room! My kid was well taken care of and we were able to leave a couple hours later. I will be taking my kids here from now on!!

I took my husband there, spent almost 40 min and did not even get vitals taken. I had asked the guy in the front who checked us in and asked why hadn't he been checked yet? That other people were being seen before him that had come after us. He said they go by what is wrong with the person. I guess shortness of breath and wheezing is unimportant!
I have had several experiences at this hospital that have been terrible. Not going to give specific dates because there are a lot. The emergency room nurses are horrible. I came in by ambulance with severe stomach pain. They treated me so bad. I did not get any pain medicine for 6 plus hours while they waited to find out what was wrong with me. They treated me like I was a drug addict because I was begging for pain meds. I ended up having a necrotic ovary and a grapefruit size cyst on the other ovary. When putting my IV in t... read more

Everything for me went well , the staff was nice I was there over night after the the surgery the next day I was free to go , they also keeps it clean too which is a plus for me
