Currently in PICU here at Palms West with my 10 yr old daughter. We were sent here from another hospital in the middle of the night where she was almost immediately brought into PICU they wasted no time. We are still trying to get to the bottom of her not feeling well and a lot of pain, but she also type A Influenza on top of something else going on. The staff have been awesome. Very attentive to her every need trying to make her comfortable. We couldn't ask for better service for our baby. God bless each of them for caring ... read more
I stay at Palms West was as good as it could get. We were there for five days on the pediatric unit all of our doctors and nurses were completely amazing . The only reason why it's a four star instead of a five star was because of the financial advisor , she decided to come in to our room the first day there and actually ask for $1600 for our stay when we weren't even sure when her discharge date would be . All The Staff was GREAT from the start in ER to the Rooms and to Palms West Hospital
We had no problems... Bathrooms could be cleaner otherwise everything went smoothly and staff were nice.
My son was transported frm clewiston to plamwest due to chest pain .and they treated him so well and all the staff was friendly and kind
I was in pediatric infusion with my son yesterday and they were amazing with him ❤and so sweet
Yesterday Palms West impressed me yesterday in how they reacted to the situation how quick you were put in exam room, blood work and test and the outcome and most importantly the kindness from all the nurses and doctor very impressive if I or my family need to go a hospital this is where to go.
The absolute worst care I've ever received in a hospital. Would not go back there even if I was hit by a truck out front of it
The staff is very attentive! They setup asst nothing to see what your issue is!! If you hit the call light they are there!! It's my second day and I haven't came across a rude staff member yet. The doctors are ordering all sorts of tests and they have me on many antibiotics to hero me. They are trying hard to keep my pain control down as well.
