I used to come here 4 years ago and got such great care but these last two times have changed my opinion. I feel like I am being ignored for the most part. The doctors say on thing and do another. The only positive was my care from Dr. Jack Zeltzer. He is a very good surgeon and a caring doctor. Annette and Michael in the I.C. U. did the best that they could and kept me pretty comfortable. Food and Nutrition however needs improvement. I will be in no rush to come back in the future.
This hospital is as bad as HRMC in Hendry County. I can't believe they sent my Mom back here again. This will NOT be happening again.....
The nurses their ate taking very good care of my mom. Great Hospital ��
Slow. So slow. Wait 3 hours for meds. Docs OK. Rest terrible.
Nurses lied to my son and I. Disgusting attitude at the nurses station. They didn't even acknowledge me and did not give my son the medicine I asked for. ���
What an amazing hospital. All nurses and doctors are just wonderful and caring. Love love love
Went to the emergency with my son for an ear infection, spent 3hrs there , he received an IV and the doc spent 3 minutes telling us what was happening and we ended up paying 7000$ for hôpital and 2000$ for that 3 minutes visit of the doc.. someone can please telling me how that bill ends up so high please !!??
Una experiencia horrible mi Dr me envio a sala de emergencia con un dolor pelvico y la tendencia fue mala excepto algunas enfermeras q se portaron muy amable pero ni el medico de sala de emergencia me vio ni a preguntar fue la enfermera q me toco en ese turno y padesco de fibromialgia y mi dolor estaba muy fuerte y ni mi medicamentos q tomo me pidieron para saber q tomo q pena q esto me pasara porq habia hido otras 2 veces y me atendio un enfermero llamado luis muy muy amable �
Terrible. I had an emergency surgery to take my gall bladder out. The rooms are filthy. They have a major sugar ant infestation there. The nurses were okay. Had a couple bad ones and 2 good ones. Nurses do not communicate with each other of what's going on with their patients when it's time to switch over. I hear them whispering outside the door asking why is she here? The nurses there have too many patients at a time. The phone didn't work to call the nurses and when it did work it would take them 15-20 minutes to get there... read more
