The people at Palms West Hospital make it a great place to get health care. My wife had major surgery due to a rare cancer and the OR, recovery and especially the staff on the 4th floor were outstanding. Audrey (Nurse Leader) and Rochelle (RN) (I hope I got their names right - they were on the night shift) were amazing and made really helped to make her feel safe, comfortable and in really good hands. These two were amazing as were others that took care of her. We will be going back there for any future needs.
Hands down the worst hospital I have ever been too. My husband recently had to spend 6 days there and I couldn’t leave because the nursing staff was clueless and very unprofessional. I had to chase someone done everyday just to get sheets to change my husbands bedding ( which I had to do) at one point one nurse took a personal call in my husbands room while taking his vitals, choking him as she wasn’t paying attention. This is a terrible hospital !! They almost killed me during surgery . They hire uninsured doctors so they have no responsibility in the long run . Check their records . Not good . Never go here ..,,,�������. I know from personal experience .
