I will never go back to this hospital again these ppl are so rude and have no bedside manners . without getting too deep into details I am pregnant and was not treated fairly.
The worst Iwont go back the management has no clue what they are doing i had a 10am appointment i wated until 2pm and ask when they would see me i was told they didnt know i was there.
I had to go there because I was bitten by a zebra. The doctors work excellent in caring for me getting me admitted right away. Discharged after 5 days I had complications which brought me back to the emergency room quick to get me in they were compassionate and remembered me. Not that a zebra bite is easy to forget. Even had some nurses and a wonderful little female doctor from Chile check on me even though I was not assigned to her at that time. I drove myself last Friday at 12 am I believe it was December 16 or the 17th to Palms west hospital, I was having terrible pain all night in my upper abdomen, I have a 25 year history of gallstones. My first stop was the ER I was met by a very nice young man, he was very kind asked me questions and got me back in a room quickly. I would give the nurses and doctors a 5 out of 5. They took care of my little one when he was severely sick. The nurses and doctors were attentive to my son and did everything they could to make sure he was alright and healthy. I understand during these times they just need information. So I do understand why bed side is terrible. But honestly I'd rather they focus on my son and make sure he's ok versus being nice and catering to me. Seriously????? Worst hospital ever!!!!! Checked in ER at 4pm yesterday. Ultrasound for breast abscess. I had 1 dose of antibiotics then. A 2nd dose at 9pm and a 3rd of a different at midnight. No IV fluids. Nothing has been done since 2am. I am cancelling my life and losing money and still have the same problem as when I came in and still in pain bc no pain meds have been given and now I am bumped to tomorrow to drain it?????? Surgery between 3 and 5pm then changed to 8pm and now 10am tomorrow???? You wonder why I am losing ... read more
Even tho I hate hospitals and hate going to them. This hospital is the only one I go to. Great people I'm always in and out in a reasonable time. They take good care of you
Amazing service since the second I walked into the emergency. It was fast I had the opportunity to get stitched together in 2 nasty cuts by the magical Lori's hands and assisted by Francisco, they made me feel so comfortable that I forgot all the pain and the needles. Even at the check out time we were laughing and making fun of each other and I couldn't be more happy to pay my co payment with a discount !!!!!!! For paying right away !!!!
