RecommendedHad my outpatient surgery on Tuesday, met with very nice and comforting young lady in admissions, went into pre-surgery with the Nurse, very professional, turns out we both lived in Jamaica, small world! Met with the man who makes you go night, night! What power they have! Saw my Doc walk in and gone!! Woke up and hour or so later, couple deep breaths and out! Very pleasant procedure considering what you come in for.... Thank you Palms West Staff!!!😊

RecommendedBoth of my children were delivered at Palms West! I was blessed with wonderful nurses each and everyday. Caring, supportive and patient. They listened to my needs and helped me to deliver my babies safe. In 2015 Melonie was my angle. She held my hand through every contraction. On May 9th 2017, labor and delivery nurse named Ann saved myself and my son. She supported my wish of a natural delivery but things took a wrong turn. Worst ER service ever. Go elsewhere if you can. Took my mom to the ER this morning went to the registration desk and was told to use the kiosk. I used the kiosk and it said if you were experiencing these symptoms to go to the desk. I go to the desk and the man says to have a seat he didn’t want to here anything I had to say, I wanted to tell him what the kiosk said and I was concerned I wasn’t signed in. I had to insist he listen to me. Last time I brought my mother there I left her in the car and I went in to get a wheel ch... read more

3rd Floor Nurse Stephen and Nurse assistant Wacknic are evil people. After having a Histerectomy Nurse Stephen made my get out of the bed on my own to walk by myself (I asked him if this was normal and he looked at me and told me yes, you have to do it on your own), my surgery looks red and purple around thanks to this incompetent nurse that didn't assisted me. The assistant nurse didn't wait for me to change the gown because she had 15 more vitals to check. All of this happened not even 24 hours after my surgery. The AC in ... read more
