I don’t know why this hospital is my mothers choice. I have a bad experience MOST times I go here. This time it was with the security guard Chris Masone. He tells me hospital policy is that I can’t come in the hospital with my gun on... get this...IN UNI FORM! Because I’m not on duty.... and refused to let me in the Back to see my mom! I’ve never heard of such nonsense. Thankfully I live 5 minutes away from the hospital. Utterly ridiculous! Palms West please please verify that this is your policy!

When my mom goes to the hospital this is our choice The caring staff is just super n food not to bad either :))))
My family member went in to ER and was there less than 1 hour. They charged 26,000.00. He only received a CT scan and pain meds for kidney stone. Plus we just got bill for 2,000.00 from doctor not to mention a radiology bill. We should be the owners of the CT machine and part owner of hospital. This represents what’s wrong with America. Hospitals and doctors overcharge and squeeze middle class.

He was in for 3 days, every person that saw my son or talked to him was wonderful! They answered all of our questions & our son's questions too. We felt so comfortable & sleeping arrangements for parents was great. I have to mention one nurse who went way above & beyond for us!
