I was in PWH (rm 336) 9/2-9/5 last week. The nurses went out of their way to see that I was well taken care of!! Every nurse on every shift treated me as if I were their only patient! I was so sick but they were always there. I know they were busy because the rooms were full while I was there. They never stopped but made sure each patient was cared for! Always with a smile and a sweet attitudes (even when the Dr wasn't so nice!)!! I wish I had taken your names to post but you guys rocked!! THANK YOU is so inadequate!
Worst Billing Department... i start Receiving Bill after 2 years of Service! Insurance Paid all there Fees and i Paid All the deductibles and Co-Pay... Now 2 years Later they trying to collect $1857 from us because the Insurance charge them back for "Hospital Erorr" i been trying to get in-tuch to anyone in charge in Billing without any Luck! and every time i speak with some one in Billing they Keep telling me i am responsible For the Bill 2 years Later and i Paid FULL deductibles and Co-Pay!!
They were great with Cali and took her in right away and started running tests. They were very thorough and attentive!
From the cleaning staff to the nurses to the doctors everybody is wonderful at the hospital thank you for taking such good care of me
Bullshit ass hospital they don’t do what’s best for the patient they do what’s convenient for the workers
