My dad was here for 6 days threatened to force him to take medication he refused. Also discharged him on February 6 saying he was clear but he was re admitted into a different hospital the next day hours from death. Highly would not recommend!!

Palms West need to improve their communication when dealing with patients families..They are really close to horrible. I hate calling to do a check for new updates, either they have attitudes or SOUND like they don't wanna be bothered or their irratated that we call. And also they need to relay the CORRECT information to families. If you can go to a different hospital, do so.

RecommendedI was rushed to the ER at Palms West Hospital due to breathing problems from what I thought was a bad cold. Turns out I had influenza with respiratory failure. So, I was admitted to a room and stayed for three days. For the first time in my life, I actually had a good experience being in this hospital. The entire staff was friendly, professional, courtesy, and kind toward me. And took extremely good care of me. If you ever get sick, I highly recommend Palms West Hospital to get well in.
