I would never....NEVER goto this hospital. To be a person of color with sickle cell disease I already know that I would receive poor treatment due to how they have treated other sickle cell patients. Knowing how fatal sickle cell could be it is sad to know that they would laugh and mock at a patient crying in pain. Your healthcare workers are mean and need to find a new job. I have tried calling your hospital and couldnt even reach anyone. It shows how horrible the service is.
Unprofessional. Very unprofessional. They do not care about the wellbeing of a patient that is screaming in agonizing pain. Just horrible. Knowing that you could die, because they have staff that laughs in your face while you’re in pain, is horrifying. Do not recommend

This hospital is disgusting and inhumane for the blatant racist ways they treat Black patients. For the EMT and nursing staff that mocked that poor woman, you are rabid animals that don't deserve to work in the medical profession. I hope you are identified by name and license# and your credentials are stipped from you. Shame you and this piss poor excuse of a hospital. #BlackLivesMatter
Palms west hospital has very insensitive employees that need better attitudes especially if they are going to be working In The medical field to HELP people.
This hospital will allow you to die on the floor, while going through a Sickle cell crisis! The staff is inhuman and unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this hospital!
how is okay to leave a patient screaming in pain? to mock and belittle someone begging for you , a medical professional, to help?? If you can't do your job, you need a new one.
