RecommendedI was rushed to the ER at Palms West Hospital due to breathing problems from what I thought was a bad cold. Turns out I had influenza with respiratory failure. So, I was admitted to a room and stayed for three days. For the first time in my life, I actually had a good experience being in this hospital. The entire staff was friendly, professional, courtesy, and kind toward me. And took extremely good care of me. If you ever get sick, I highly recommend Palms West Hospital to get well in.

The care I received at Palms West was exceptional! I want to thank ER Dr. Doufel and RN Gigi for taking care of me and keeping me well informed. From the lab technician to transporter Clifford, everyone was so kind and comforting. My nurses on 3C Omeni, Veronicella, Ashlyn, CNA’s Bo and Taylor and Charge Nurses Cindy and Narda were truly a team. Their kindness,compassion and knowledge was re-assuring and a breath of fresh air. probably one of the best hospital stabs I've seen in years and I have a lot of medical issues one person was nicer than next. and some class a doctor's I live on the third floor and every nurse I had for 4 days was unbelievable 10 *
Palms West displays EVERYTHING I've ever complained about. The level of disrespect is beyond me. Zena, the nurse on the 3rd floor has made me second guess ever taking any family member there for help. I have had issues at this hospital before with no resolution to the problem. Returned only to have it happen again but 10xs worse. After my mother is discharged We will NEVER visit this hospital again!
