This hospital is disgusting and inhumane for the blatant racist ways they treat Black patients. For the EMT and nursing staff that mocked that poor woman, you are rabid animals that don't deserve to work in the medical profession. I hope you are identified by name and license# and your credentials are stipped from you. Shame you and this piss poor excuse of a hospital. #BlackLivesMatter
Palms west hospital has very insensitive employees that need better attitudes especially if they are going to be working In The medical field to HELP people.
This hospital will allow you to die on the floor, while going through a Sickle cell crisis! The staff is inhuman and unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this hospital!

This hospital found it acceptable to leave a patient in pain sitting for 4 hours. They do not respect their Black patients, they instead mock them and do not give appropriate care.
Black people are not treated as well as white people there. I hope I never have the misfortune of needing your help.
This is an anti-Black hospital. They do not give Black patients quality and necessary care. Instead, they mocked a Black woman who has sickle cell, and allowed her to remain in significant pain without treatment or care for 4+ hours. STOP underestimating our pain, Black lives matter.
The quality of care from the staff is disgusting! The Nursing team and EMS team both disregard the oaths they’ve committed to when it comes to POC. This hospital IS absolutely the worst hospital to receive care from! If you are black and have a real emergency please go to a different hospital. The fact that their staff can watch some one in agonizing pain for 4+ hours goes to show their quality of care is slim to none existent.
