Spent two and a half days at Palms West after having surgery. Had never been in the hospital so I had no idea what to expect. I just want to say thank you to the staff because they are outstanding! I had awesome care from everyone I encountered and that includes housekeeping, engineering and culinary. Keep up the good work, Palms West!
