Just had my son this past Wednesday was admitted mon but it was the best experience in the world loved the staff and doctors very friendly and I would recommend my family and friends going to miss the ob staff Keep up the good work
I had my daughter here and let me say it's been a wonderful expirience I am very satisfied I choose this hospital instead of Wellington Reginal keep up the great job !!!!
Nasty security guard at the check in main information desk. Couldn't believe how rude she was. This is the first person you see when you come in. Bad choice Palm West:(
I took my very ill son in on Saturday and they worked on getting him back to normal, I don't know what i would have done without the amazing Pediatric Team, God Bless each and every one of you
I have been come here for about six years at first it was very nice but now we get treat like my daughter do not matter and that's unacceptable.
Been here 3days with kidney stone on the 2nd floor just wont to thank the nurses that took care of me u made my stay comfortable.ty
Horrible... Staff are rude, incompetent, unfriendly. Very rude nurses to patients. From the ER to upstairs. Just plain RUDE & NASTY
My sister has been their for 7 day each docter tells us something diffrent the nurses are really nice but the docters not so much and also 6mounths ago my sister was in tge hospital for 6 day they didn't give us a complete record of what she hade and we still don't know what was that pain about and know she is their for a worse pain she has on her gallbladder so disappointed on this hospital I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE
Palms West discharged my wife too early with oral antibiotics when the Dr had clearly stated that she needed more intravenous antibiotics and when sent home, should be sent home with a pic line and be given the IV at home. They also waited until 9:00 pm to discharge her and we live in Clewiston. Most of the nurses were good but this hospital has gone down hill. I am very upset with the way they treated my wife, who is fighting lupus, and the early discharge from the hospital.
