My best friend of 29 years gave birth yesterday here. It was an amazing experience. One nurse in particular made it especially well. Stephanie 6152 was the best nurse we could have asked for. We both agreed she was one of the best nurses either of us have seen. Thank you all for supporting her during her labor. You're all rock stars.

From the ER, to ASU, to Recovery, to the Peds floor RNs, everything was perfect. We could not have had a better experience under an less than desirable situation. The staff at Palms West is top notch.

Just was released today, went in for preterm labor at 32 weeks and the nurses were absolutely wonderful and delightful, they shared compassion and were there to assist me in everything even though I complained the whole time about the liquid diet (which is not their fault) lol. Can't wait to finish my journey with them.
Tell the nurses with the phone no answers. 30 mins a different nurse comes and says all nurses are doing reports. IV machine keeps beeping. Having to keep hitting silence. Nurse say they will be back with something you ask. 2 hours later still don't have it. And go out to look for them and they are all talking and chatting and laughing. Hospital has to be the worse place. This is in Pediatric admission too.... 3 time here and still disappointed.

Not even 45 min in and out. They treated us like family. Funny because my 16 year old daughter was born in that hospital in 2001 next to Celine dion
