I had the best experience at Palms West. I'm having twins and needed some monitoring. I'm a super picky person when it comes to customer service but every single nurse was beyond terrific. They took every worry away, cared about my needs and was always on it. Of course, it always takes forever for a surgeon/doctor to follow up but I wouldn't say that is the nurses or hospitals fault. This is my third time here for COPD and related problems. I feel like the service I get is worse because I don't have insurance. The woman in the ER basically asked me if I had any cash on me to pay for the bill right now. It's hard to get any kind of medicine because the nurse has to call for something as simple as Tylenol. The only reason why I came here was because I was here a couple times and they know what my problems are, and it's close. Things are going okay at the moment besides I couldn't even get a sandwich last n... read more
The care they are giving my mom is HORRIBLE! THE NURSE MADE THE G TUBE COME OUT MY MOM AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT. I WANT TO MOVE HER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL BUT SHE IS SCARED TO DO SO. I AM ONE ANGRY DAUGHTER!
