When we arrived it was an in and out process. Front desk Greeted me and showed me where to sign in, Wendy who was with registration was so friendly. Once they call me in to see a nurse i don't remember his name but he was so funny and made me feel welcomed, Stephanie who also saw me was wonderful. Thank you guys so much!

Me & my family have been to Palms West many times & always like The service. My grandson (Jesse Stone) & I were not very pleased with the DO (Sibia Deeptaz) that did his procedure - was kinda rude ! the others were nice !
