Brought our camper awning in for repairs after a storm ripped it off. Daniel in parts refused to look at it after several prompts and blindly order parts he "thought" we needed. After 4 hours there today as expected he didn't have all the parts needed to finish the job. Had to reorder and head back there in a few days (4 hours total trip time). Still don't have confidence it will be fixed correctly. Beyound angry with Palm RV. Don't say you can fix something and then botch it up so completely. Watch for a second review......... read more
