We had a great buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly from the receptionist, our sales person, Roxy and Tom the owner to the F&I, parts & service people and the gentleman that took plenty of time to explain everything about the Coach when we picked it up. I had read many RV dealer, sales and service nightmares on the internet so we were absolutely delighted with Palm RV. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.
What a great experience in purchasing our new Reflection 5th wheel. I would recommend Palm Rv if your thinking about a Rv.
I`m from Tacoma Wa. my dealer there wouldn`t follow through and get things done in a timely manner ( have the unit 2 months at a time doing nothing ) the main issue is with the slideout .In short version ,I called the Forest River to see about bring it there ,they gave me a list of shops .I picked Palm Rv. took it there for evaluation they were prompt at getting things going . I took it in for the work they did all they could do and took pictures and made notes to send back to the factory for further repair .I am very please... read more
