Palm RV is the best RV dealer in the Fort Myers area. Patty and I had the sales person in Roxy Reed than anyone could ever ask for. She treated us like family and she took her time in finding us the RV that we wanted. And once we met a few other members of the Palm RV team it was like talking to one of our personnel best friends. This place is too busy to care... at least they were before all the snowbirds went home. I would highly recommend investing your time elsewhere
Worst customer service ever. Tried to purchase a camper in February but the place was so busy they just didn’t give a care. Sales rep made up daily excuses for Wes as to why he couldn’t even return a call. Ya know.. he’s just so darn busy plus his days off. Lols Worked out though Do yourself a favor & SHOP AROUND before buying from Palm RV
