Dreadful experience. Jeremy couldn’t bother to contact me anytime through the process of selling my RV, promised to install a tv,never did.... gonna shampoo carpets, never did. I wanted $25K, so he listed @ $39K for a quick sale...not. I asked to speak to his manager, Jeremy claimed he was in charge of the business. He then calls, says he has a buyer who can only pay $20K & he has new inventory arriving,needs the space & isn’t making anything on the sale. I recently went to Palm RV, Fort Myers to find out about replacing the Window Shade for the Camper Entry Door and Awning fabric for my 2005 Winnebago Aspect. Marna Amato, Parts Assistant has been very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and caring. Having been an Army Company Commander of 137 soldiers and family members, I would have been very fortunate to have her in my unit. She has my utmost admiration and respect. Marna is definitely an asset to Palm RV.
We just purchased an Imagine Travel Trailer from Palm RV and our experience was amazing. Mike was our salesman and helped us pick out the perfect Grand Design Imagine for us.
