Very poor customer service in the service department I bought two RVs there when it was palm RV never had any trouble
ever since they went from Palm RV to RV one superstores. you cannot get a hold of anybody if you leave a message they don't even return the phone calls. alls I can say if you buy an RV from them I doubt if you can ever get really good service from them cuz you can't even buy parts because you can't even talk to anybody and when you try to find a number to call headquarters just go check that out. . . Terrible service, no one ever returns phone call we have a brand new unit that we have had to tarp due to an ongoing leak. Avoid RV One wish we had.😡
Our experience with buying an RV from PALM RV was 5 stars. Our experience with the service department and the RV One employees was terrible. We no longer recommend this business and will not be getting our RV serviced at RV One Superstore. Very disappointed that this is no longer the family owned business that treated us with respect and professionalism.
Roxy from sales is beyond an amazing professional and genuine human being. Working with her was probably one of the smoothest experiences I've ever had with buying a vehicle. Pete over at delivery is equally amazing. HOWEVER, that is as far as things go. RV One Superstores of Fort Myers is disorganized beyond explanation and as an organization needs to really get things fixed from the top down. We bought our RV on August 2. Have a 2 year warranty claim for bathroom exhaust fan since date of walk through delivery. Unit has been there 3 times only to hear factory sent wrong control board. Now Rick is no longer there and Susie tells me he was not always truthful and she has no records and that she can not help me. I was repeatable told that they would send an on-site to fix. This is a $120k Redwood 3901MB.

Every worker was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. The RV I purchased was delivered as promised and on time. One of the most professionaly run businesses I have dealt with in a long time. I would recommend this RV dealer.
