RecommendedThey bent over backwards to help us get into our new RV! Great place and everyone there were so helpful! We purchased an RV in 2000 in Wisconsin, come to find out that it was the owner’s family that sold us our 2000😎 They had a good place back in Wisconsin! The only problem we have had is a bad propane leak and we had to replace a valve on it and they wanted us to bring the RV in to take a picture of the problem so they could send it to Grand Design to get reimbursed for the part! So sad that these people did not have the courtesy to let us know if we qualified or not. Our first clue should have been when the salesperson decided not to request a deposit. It seemed that while completing our application, he showed very little interest. We applied on a Friday and waited to hear ANY news by at least Monday.
