Anthony in service is a rock star. Also had he privilege of getting to know tom the owner. You can tell they really care about the customer experience
We purchased a 3 year old class a from Palm. We have been traveling with it now for a week and just love it. Everybody there from the salesperson, Roxy, to Lew the delivery coordinator, Wes the finance coordinator and the owner Tom, were very thorough from start to finish. They made sure all our questions were answered and all concerns were taken care of. We felt a true bond with them when we left. I love our travel trailer from Palm RV. My mom loved it too and purchased her own TT two weeks later. On both occasions we worked with Chris who is a wonderful lady. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in no time. Worth the drive. Customer service is great and they deliver! Will recommend and return when ready to trade up.
