We had a wonderful experience buying from Palm RV! Everyone that worked with us was thorough, professional and friendly. They truly treated us as valued customers ( even though we weren't buying a more expensive coach). It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy from them!
This company does not want your business. They have rude and unprofessional employees!!!! My family and I went looking to buy an RV. We were shown around the lot by a representative that did not know about the RVs on their lot. Before we left, I politely declined to leave my information (due to the fact I was already outside close to my car). I said I'd call on Monday and speak to a sales rep. He told us " WE WASTED HIS TIME." No he wasted my time
We are in the very first steps of research and Jerry Pauls has shown exceptional patience & guidance.......this step was for my father in law and will definately takechim straight ti Palm Rv once he arrives in town.
