We had a great experience dealing with Palm RV. Angela was our salesperson and she was very informative. She was definitely up to date on the Grand Design models. Everyone we talked to were friendly. Our RV was delivered to us. The walk through and orientation to our trailer was great as well as the financing. We haven't had any problems with our trailer but I know they would be very willing to do what ever needs to be done to make us happy. Excellent customer service by everyone.

The service managers story story on the telephone doesn't match the one in person. Better bring extra money and don't expect too much when you pick up your RV
