I have been a Honda vehicle owner for 7 months now and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism, and just plain decency that I have experienced with 3 separate employees at Pacific Honda. Based on my experience, employees do not care to read their emails and have no intention of following up with their customers. I chose to purchase a Honda because they are a well-trusted car manufacturer, but the staff at Pacific Honda have left me with a horrible impression of the Honda company.
Had a great experience! Ted, Greg, Paul and Steven were all wonderful and so helpful and were sure that I was aware of what I was buying before I drove off the lot!
Great place for sales and service - fast and professional support
This was an excellent experience i would not have a problem referring anyone to Pacific Honda or to Martin Oram my salesman, all my concerns were addressed and when i said no to something such as the extended warranty and all the other additional ad-dons we never revisited the issue as i have experienced at other dealerships. I really do not like shopping for cars but this was a wonderful experience

Many terrible salesman/managers, not very experienced in closing deals. Lacking professionalism and communication skills. Mohammed was a great salesman, unfortunately his managers can’t close a deal. Surprised such a large dealership has such inexperienced staff.

Service dept does a good job but slow. Had to wait 20 minutes just to check in for express oil change. Another 90 minutes to get done.
