My experience at Pacific Honda was exceptional!! My oil change service included a multi point inspection as well as the topping off my fluids. My service technician completed everything in about 25 minutes.
Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, they informed of the wait time (which normally I would have passed on and come back at a later date/time) but, I was traveling by way of my car upon completion of my full service. Thanksgiving was the following day, the wait was to he an hour and a half to two hours. They took my car, did a great service AND finished my full service in just under an hour. I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord yesterday, I requested E-pricing and was happy with the price compared to my local Honda dealership. Yvon did an excellent job with getting the paperwork started prior to going to the finance dept,he also toook the time to explain all the features in the car along with setting up my phone to the vehicle.
