Ferris at the pre-owned lot at Pacific Honda was amazing! I have to say that going to this dealership was a truly positive experience. We were coming from quite a distance away, so Ferris made sure the vehicle was in great shape and that any last minute fix happened while we were there. Took my wife to lunch across the street and by the time we were back, the Van was all set! Thanks again Ferris!

we had service done on Saturday, which come to find out was part of a class action settlement resulting in a 8-year warranty. at first my husband was shocked that an estimate of 144 just to diagnose, then 180 to change one spark plug was given. we refuted the issue because the dealership said they couldn't fix the main problem (piston rings) until September. as a bandaid we have to come in (out of pocket) to change that one spark plug every month until September. if the dealership can not fix it until then why on earth shoul... read more

I purchased my new CR-V from Pacific Honda in April of 2017. The car ran like a charm, and our trip in 2018 from CA to Texas went smoothly. I did have to take the car in for a minor repair a few days ago. The button on the shift lever had broken off. The service personnel were all very friendly and helpful, and the repair itself took place in less than an hour and a half. this is the 2nd time I go there. the 1st time was to get my bestie her car and I liked that she had no issues with hers over the years. This time I went to go buy mine. They have a large selection of certified pre owned vehicles which made the shopping easier than the dealership in Escondido. The salesman was Not pushy and I loved that! i negotiated a good rate and super satisfied with the car and service.
