Good service, efficient shuttle service!
I'm only 3 years into owning a brand new car, so this is a new thing to use a dealership for servicing. As in all business dealings, establishing rapport with a human being is vital to great customer service. I've found a service rep who is friendly and helpful, relates to me as a human being, and makes sure my car has excellent service. I drive a lot, and I'm very happy with the peace of mind knowing that my car is always in tip-top shape.

I prearranged an appointment with Pacific Honda to have my car serviced Monday morning, January 21, 2019, at 9:15 a.m. Triple AAA towed my car to Pacific Honda for servicing. I arrived on time at 9:15 a.m. and was told I was No. 1 to be serviced. I waited in the waiting room while my car was being serviced. I waited and waited. I got no information until 12 noon about my car! And, all they had to do was fix a flat tire or let me know I needed a new tire.
