I went into Pacific Honda to lease a 2018 Honda Accord after my brother in law had negotiated the price for. I will say that my Sales representative Rob Macom was excellent, however the issue comes with his manager J.R. I showed multiple documents that stated that I was eligible for the $500 Honda military rebate, however since I am a member in the Individual ready reserve I do not receive monthly LES forms. Convenient shuttle service.
I bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV about a year and a half ago. For some reason it will not start right now we thought it might be the battery. We tried 3 different pairs of jumper cables and it still wouldn’t start. I called Pacific Honda and the service department is closed and they told me I have to wait until Monday because they won’t be open until then and couldn’t even give me any alternative places to go get it fixed.
