Great service on my car. Fixed in the time stated.
Went back for a 2nd oil change for my 2017 Civic. Mark was very nice to help me out. The facility is showing its age though. Long waiting line and parking are a couple of things affecting the service level.

I always have great service when going here from the purchasing of our first Honda to our current one. Staff is always willing to help and the turnaround time is quick. I’ve never felt pressured to get something that either I can’t get at that time or don’t want at all.
I"ve purchased a number of cars over the years which has made me pretty ambivalent towards the car sales process. Find car, finance car, buy car, drive car, fix car etc etc. We've never been a Honda family so I'm not a fangirl. I had a great experience at Pacific Honda where I just leased a 2018 CRV. My only problem was not doing more research on my own, but I recieved excellent treatment. A few days before going in, I spoke with Cornelius by phone about what I wanted. He was patient and very informative. When I went to the dealership to test drive the CRV he was not there but another sales consultant, Tom Grady assured me he worked with Cornelius and he could help me right away.
