Here is my experience today. Our first salesman was great. Then after he went to look at pricing he came back with a second guy (picture in comments.) Not only did this guy (on the right in the picture) direct his entire conversation to my husband. He even got up to check something with his manager, came back, sat down and said "sir" and went back to only talking to my husband. I took my 2011 Odyssey to Pacific Honda to address a known issue with the engine misfiring that is covered under a warranty extension resulting from a class-action settlement. Experienced this issue three times over the last two weeks, with the check engine light coming on each time and a burning smell coming from the engine. Pacific Honda refused to service my vehicle under warranty because the check engine light wasn't on when I brought it in. Worst service ever they stole my ray ban glasses my cologne and a couple of other things don't recommend this dealership for anything
