These guys are great. I never imagined with my credit history I would be able to buy a brand new car at a monthly price I can afford. I was in and out with my brand new 2017 car by lunch time without any hassle and running around town to get proof of this and that. Thanks to Mark Morrow and his team for taking care of me. I feel like a brand new woman in my brand new car! Best car buying experience ever.

First time here this morning, but CERTAINLY not my last! COMPLETELY impressed with the top-notch customer service here at Pacific Honda. Leanna promptly returned my call for service and got me in at my requested day/time. Roger greeted me and within seconds had me laughing my head off (at 7am!! and I am NOT a morning person!!!!).... He then passed me on to Ashley, who was also impeccably courteous and professional. GREAT TEAM WORK, GUYS!!!! Thanks soooooo much!

I took my "3rd party" key in to get cut. The technician there asked, "Is it OK if we charge you $10 for this?" I was in and out in 5 minutes.
