Customer Service is great, specially from Mohammed Al Khaliefa, great guy, willing to help and of course to sell and works to give you the best deal. Financing paperwork process was fast, the entire process took about 3 hours. I definetly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone that is looking for a new car. Great Quality and of course Customer Service. Horrible experience. Pacific Honda San Diego never sent me my plates, refused to help when I called and emailed several times over the course of the next year, then eventually told me they were unable to issue them and only the DMV could. I incurred an expensive fix-it ticket for not having plates that Pacific Honda refuses to pay. @Pacific Honda, please contact me if you'd like to rectify this. Thanks
