Pacific Honda review I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Coupe on Friday December 20th. My salesman Jojie was wonderful. Very nice guy, not pushy at all. Very friendly, easy to talk to and answered my questions and discussed pros and cons of different packages. He talked me into the sport package instead of the Lx, which im absolutely loving and am glad i went up to the sport model. I absolutely LOVE my new car. This is a great place to buy a car. We bought a used car there and the staff was great from top to bottom. Martin was an awesome salesmen as well as Samantha and Mark in Finance were amazing too. Martin called back the next day and days later to see how things are going and if we had any questions about the car. I think that is classy and great customer service. I give Pacific Honda 5 stars and beyond.

We've been getting routine oil changes at Pacific Honda since purchasing our Pilot in 2003! We have 4 Hondas, 3 around 300K mileage and all still in great running condition. We always look forward to seeing Mark and the rest of the service team when we come in. Great service! Great people.

We had to take our car in for a mandatory warranty extension repair due to Honda's shitty design our car was excessively burning oil. Scheduled the repair because they said they would need our car for two whole weeks. Asked for a rental car to replace my vehicle that has a lift installed in the back to move my mobility scooter and Pacific Honda refused, after threatening an ADA complaint they finally folded and gave me a rental car for a couple days because they said that was all the time they would need to fix my car, not t... read more
