My husband and I are very disappointed in the service we have received regarding a recent recall. We felt the dealership simply provided a quick fix. We've had the truck inspected multiple times since and have been told the frame should have been replaced. We are at Oxmoor Toyota for yet another inspection and getting no where. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle or service here again!
All I have to say is never ever buy a car from this dealership...especially from a man named Bubba.
My experience today felt cursory and disingenuous. Our service associate (I won't use her name) seemed to want to dismiss my car than to actually inspect it and do the routine maintenance. When I got back, there was an issue with billing and services rendered that I didn't ask for, nor did I approve. Instead of communicating with the customer, the tone of the conversation was the Oxmoor representative saying, "Well, I need to be paid, so just pay." Ultimately, the issue was taken care of. Ask for CW!!! He is the absolute, hands down, best salesman they have!!! He is not pushy and listens to what you want/need....shoots you straight and gives you a phenomenal personal experience. If they don't have what you are looking for on the lot, he will call/text/email you once he finds the vehicle you are searching for. If I could give more stars for his customer service, I would.
