My key was stuck in my ignition & I stopped by to see what could be fixed. I was immediately greeted and introduced to Calina. Within 15 minutes Calina was back - nothing wrong with my car - and they didn't charge me! I was so appreciative of the speed of service and the kindness of not being charged. They washed my car and brought it around for me to be out and onto my busy day. Calina said if it happens again to just stop by. Made my day.

Originally purchased Scion xB in Phoenix, AZ. Called on a Friday to have the hood latch fixed and to investigate a transmission noise. I was able to get an appointment same day with Nik. Went on a ride along with Anthony. After further investigation it was a transmission issue. I had an extended warranty which covered the repair and a rental car. Everything was taken care of by Nik and the great staff at Oxmoor. Thanks again.
