So far my experience has been good. I just bought a 2017 Highlander. Steve and Dane were helpful and attentive. The whole process was pretty easy.

Cory and Evan rock! I was unhappy with my 2016 Focus and went to Ford to look at getting back into an Escape. They more or less laughed when I told them the payment I wanted and said, "come back in a year and we'll see what we can do for you". I drove straight to Oxmoor Toyota and they got me into a new 2017 RAV 4 with a higher residual value and the payment I wanted! Cheers guys!

I was treated with much care and concern by Justin Downey. He was very knowledgeable, everything that he shared was so on point and factual, he did not try to overcharge and was very negotiable with the price of my Toyota Camry. He called me the very next day to check on me and even offered me gas money to make sure that everything was running smoothly.
