I can't say enough bad things about this dealership! I've had not one but two horrible experience with sales with they have tried to screw me on trade in. Now today we brought in our Sequoia which was clearly having an issue that was covered under warranty. Service tried to make us pay a diagnostic fee and give us the run around. We went to Jeff Wyler, no questions asked! Save yourself the hassle and go to Jeff Wyler or Green Tree! These people are crooks!!!
My son bought a used truck from Oxmoor Toyota today and we couldn't be more pleased, it did not matter to Scott Terry and Kyle Hazlett that we weren't buying a new vehicle, they took excellent care of us, we could not have asked for a better car /truck buying experience!!

I had a safety recall done on my Tundra today! It was quick service with a truck wash afterwards. I hardly had time to drool over the new trucks in the lot. Thanks for a good service and thanks to Neal for getting me out so quickly!
I bought a RAV4 and my sales person was Diaz. He was great and upfront. I came back three times and worked Diaz every possible way. He was nothing but professional and honest and even came in on his day off. Definitely a positive experience. I did feel the finance person tried to push GAP coverage hard but again Diaz was great.
