My wife wanted a blue 4Runner with a DVD player with two screens mounted in the head rest. We went in on a Wednesdays and explained to the sales staff what we were looking for. The staff said it could be up to 3 weeks to get what we wanted. Friday we get a call saying it is here vome and get it. We get there and it does not have a DVD player. We get told they will have to order it and it might take a week. At the end of two weeks we call them, and get told they are not in yet. Another week goes by and I call a different deal... read more
I was lied to and intentionally misquoted. They even ran my credit before telling me the car I was going to purchase was going to be $14,000 more than what I was quoted. When I talked to the GM Matt storm he acted as if this is every day practice for them. I will never go back there and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and other outlets to ensure they're shady business practices are put to rest
Had a subpar experience and will not be a return customer. Sometimes it is the simple "do what you say you are going to do" that would of had me consider buying again. I have made 3 previous purchases and #3 was my last. Baseball rules here.
I was really excited to buy my Jeep Wrangler from them. Had a mechanic inspection before the deal was final and they found $1000 in repairs. Oxmoor came back and offered $1000 to take off of the price. I agreed and the following week I got my new Jeep into the shop. .. That is where the postives end. My mechanics found $3000 more in repairs once they got into it. I called Oxmoor to see if they could do anything for me and they pretty told me tough luck. Thought I got my dream car but turns out I got a nightmare instead.
