So far so good. Bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla s plus about a month ago! My first new car! Scott Terry was great! The whole experience was great! Have recommended this dealership to all my family and friends! Will have my business from now on.
Emailed me saying they wanted to buy my car that I had listed for 11,500. Before I even went in I asked them if they were going to offer trade in value or private party. The salesman Patrick said they he would pay me what I was asking. Flash forward to when I got there and then they only say they can give me 8k (trade in value) but don't worry the difference can just be put into your new loan on a new Camry! While my friend and I were in Louisville for an Heirloom Traditions Paint conference earlier this week, the oil pan cover started dragging the road as we were leaving the conference. Then we noticed a burnt out headlight. I had an 11-hour drive ahead of us, and we were already under time constraints. Sean and Cheyenne took care of us, and we were on the road in no time flat. Thank you, Oxmoor Toyota, and especially Sean and Cheyenne for taking care of us!!

Jeff Sell in the service department was very helpful. Though I couldn't get in early in the day; he got me in and out in no time in the evening. Everyone I've dealt with here has been super friendly. I Highly suggest buying a car or getting one serviced here.
