Sold me a used SUV with the wrong size tires.... Too small. I didn't realize it until I blew a tire and put the full sized spare on it. Now I need to replace all the tires on it. The odometer has been wrong the whole time as well as the addition wear and tear. I called to get a resolution. Your unwilling to do so... I guess 4 tires replace is a small price to pay to lose any kind of referrals or my next vehicle purchase.
I had a very good experience with Oxmoor Toyota. Everyone their were very helpful in making choosing a new vehicle easier. I would definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I went today to get my oil changed and tire rotation done for my 15k service..I normally go out to dealer on Dixie hwy but they didn't have any openings..before I got there I marked my 2 front tires just to make sure they did the rotation..well after leaving I checked and the tires were still on the front.did not do the rotation..I called back after a couple of hours of leaving and got the run around about talking to someone...I will not be going back.
Had a terrific experience thanks to Bobby Fiske. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in our understanding the features of our vehicle and making a decision. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is in the market!
