Several months ago, after an absolutely horrid Service experience, I emailed/online surveyed to every outlet on their website and Toyota's site. I was a 20 year customer and ready to walk. Wanna know how many people called me? Zero! They let a 20 year customer walk. I cannot recommend.

We bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander in January, after numerous problems, starting within the first month, we were less than satisfied. Five months later, after numerous attempts to fix it, to no avail, the general manager stepped up to the plate and replaced our vehicle, exactly what we had, and gave us a brand new one, with 0 miles. I loved it! Was a great experience. Will come back knowing im in good hands
We had battery trouble while traveling. We pulled in here and they got us right in. Got a new battery, a car wash, and was back on the road in less than an hour. Plus they was serving free hot dogs and pulled pork sandwiches! Thanks Oxmoor Toyota service department!
My sales guy Kyle was amazing. If you need anything I would talk to him. Not pushy and listens. Perfect experience.
Friendly. Very comprehensive information on financing. Only thing is the dealer I worked with tried to add me on fb less than 30 min after I bought the car. Not sure what that's about!
Worst place to get car fixed ever always ask for the old part then you will know
Horrible customer service every time I come here. Only reason I go back is because of my warranty.....can't wait for that to be done. You're either passed around because no one wants to step up and handle the issue or the cashiers aren't trained to do their job.
