My family and I were greated by Teddy as soon as we came on the lot. He listened to our needs and walked the lot with us until we selected the Mazda 3 we wanted. The process was quicker than we anticipated. We are happy so far with the car and really happy to have 0% interest for 60 months!
This was my second Mazda purchased and I again found this dealership to be personable, efficient and forthright. Their finance people made the process as painless as I've ever had and arranged competitive financing in just a few minutes. A great car and a great experience.
I had a very pleasant sales experience. The sales associate was friendly and answered all my questions, enabled me to test drive the car. The negotiating of price was the best I have ever experienced. No back and forth, got a quote on the new car, a trade-in quote that was very fair and purchased the car about an 1-1/2 hour after entering the dealership. The entire experience was favorable from beginning to end. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who is looking for a vehicle.

Went in about 20 minutes before they were closing. Talked a little to Herb. I told him I had look at his competitor's web site across town and browsed their inventory and internet prices. He said those prices were not true and I'd never be able to buy a car at the competitor's internet price. Bad mouthing competition from the start. Not a good sign.
