Our experience with the Oxmoor Mazda dealership, our salesman Mike Baldwin and sales manager Ross was unparalleled. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to get us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We have no intention of ever going to another dealership. The guys were really down to earth, straight to the point and easy to talk to. We would like to thank Mike and Ross for helping us get our new vehicle and we will be sending our friends to purchase cars with them.
We had just purchased a CX-9 from Oxmoor Mazda. We were in the market for another vehicle and had such a good experience, we went back for a look at a car. Normally, the car buying experience is one we dread. The first purchase was so easy, and almost fun, that we returned to the same dealership and same salesmen. After buying two vehicles from these guys, we may never go anywhere else.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Mike, an intern, and Avery Davis were superb. They listened to our needs and tried to accommodate those needs. Mike and Avery helped take the car seats in and out of numerous vehicles for us. Mike even went so far to entertain our 3 year-old son with his Ipad. Overall, the best car-buying experience we have ever had.
My husband and I have purchased 5 Mazda vehicles, all from Oxmoor Mazda and all from Avery Davis. We have gone to nearby dealerships as well and they haven't come close to the customer service and friendliness shown to us at Oxmoor Mazda. We will definitely continue to give them our service and recommend them to all our friends!
