This review is for oxmoor Mazda. DO NOT GO HERE! They offered me a guaranteed amount for a trade (after spending 15 min explaining every detail of the car over the phone) and $1000 toward a new car "if I came in that day". So I went in and asked for Katie who was super sweet, but seemed very out of place. They did the appraisal on my car as I test drove the 2014 cx5. I fell IN LOVE. I went to this dealership fearing the experience and dreading the "typical" negotiation process. Inevitable, there has to be some negotiation, but the staff was very reasonable and down to earth. I really appreciated our salesperson, Mark. He definitely did not fit the stereotype of a car salesman. Mark was genuinely interested in ensuring that I was getting what I wanted in a vehicle. Avery told me that I could not take advantage of the $1000 cash back or the 0% financing that mazda was offering. I brought it up and he seemed clueless, and without seeing if I qualified, told me most people qualify for around 3.5% interest. He did not want to drop the price below msrp and told me I should look into a used car if I wanted to pay invoice.
