This was our first car buying experience and overall the process went well. The first day was a little rough. We found a car we liked, but felt pressured and needed a night to sleep on things. Overnight we found a similar car that we liked better and the next day went back in and met with a different sales person. Buzzy was kind to us and didn't pressure us at all. Horrible service. They forgot to order our part after taking 2 hours just to tell us they needed to order the part! I had to call in, only to find out after another 2 weeks that nothing had been done. So frustrating.
I have purchased several cars in the past but have never had an experience like the one I had at this dealership. Eric and the crew at oxmoor Mazda went above and beyond their duties as car salesmen to get me in a wonderful vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about my experience there. I would not only recommend this dealership to a friend but I plan to go back there when I am car shopping again. I went into Oxmoor Mazda with my boyfriend the day after Christmas not expecting to buy a car, but looking for something possible. My boyfriend had been in contact with Buzzy before we arrived on the lot, and Buzzy already had a list of cars for us that were in our price range when we arrived. He was always very honest and friendly with us and heleped us out with everything. I got the car I wanted and more, for the price that I wanted. I felt so comfortable with the process ! My whole life I was raised to be careful with car dealers and I must say for the first in my life buying a car from a dealer; they were awesome! They were so honest and down to earth. I traded in my Mazda5 2008 for a Mazda5 2012 for Xmas!!! I traded in my Mazda5 2008 for a Mazda5 2012 for Xmas!!! Sales guy Buzz was awsum and attended to my every need. He even carried over my oil changes from my older car to my new one. The finance guy was great and worked magic with the price and percentage rate. The rate was cut in 1/2 on my new van from my previous vehicle... Awsum! All staff in the building were friendly and courtious.. Matthew Simons

On two separate occasions, either my fiancee or I (separatly and on separate occasions) drove to Oxmoor Mazda to look at a car. On both (separate) occasions, after spending 30+ mins on the lot, looking on the lot, IN THE SHOWROOM, and on their side storage lot, looking at cars, NOT a single salesperson approached to greet either of us (on our individual separate visits) much less ask if they could help or answer any questions...(sorry they are threatening legal actions against me because my original post was "misinterpreted"... read more
I went to this dealership not expecting to actually purchase a vehicle. My salesman, Buzzy Dolt was so friendly and good at showing me the options that it made me want to consider purchasing from this dealership. For anyone considering buying a Mazda, I recommend you call Mr. Dolt. Hr was not your typical fast talking salesman. I am intelligent, so that fast talking lingo doesn't work on me anyways.
